VitaminB1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (niacin includes nicotinic acid and nicotinamide), Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine), Vitamin B7 (biotin), also known as vitamin H, Vitamin B9 (folic acid), also, vitamin M, Vitamin B12 (various cobalamins; commonly cyanocobalamin in vitamin supplements). Foods that have vitamin B in them are: Whole grain products, fruits, vegetables, meats and dairy products.

Sugar mix- consists of: Cane sugar, beet sugar, brown sugar, corn sugar, rice sugar, maple sugar and molasses. Also included in sugar mix are honey, fruit sugar, sucrose, glucose, dextrose, maltose, lactose, date sugar, grape sugar.

Addictions seem to have a direct relation to allergies and visa versa. Most people that have an addiction are sensitive to both sugar and vitamin B complex.
